Where I'm From by Jackson Leven

I am from soccer balls, from home made blankets and legos

I am from a house on the hill and the kitchen table.

I am from mountain cedars that torture me all year long

I am from the breakfast table and gas fire places, from Leven and Yang.

I am from ice cream on Friday and chocolate Fondue, from working out before lunch

I am from skiing on Christmas, from hot cocoa and homemade sausage

From my mom's boarding school and from school baseball teams, from falling down the stairs

In my closet I am some old Nerf guns, that I got from my old neighborhood

When I look at them, I remember my old house.
