Tuesday Norah had her first soccer practice. She loved it and I loved it.
She is the youngest of the team. The rest of the team started playing last fall. One girl dropped out and Norah took her place. Her previous class's two classmates are in the team, Nora Collins and Sloane Horton.
She followed every instruction coaches gave. And she kicked in the only goal of the practice -- it looked like she was the fastest chasing a ball that was going to the right direction. I saw her running at her hardest the entire practice and filled with parental pride.
Now she asked about soccer practice every day. And she acts like she is a real big kid. She even talks a bit differently.
