I took Jackson the first time to TI participating "Take your daughter and son to work day". He was so excited that he couldn't sleep well last night. He loved getting the candies at the different station. And after the event, I asked him if he wanted to be a TIer when he grew up. He said: Yes! I would like to have my kids to get candies too.
