Today we made the first trip as a family to Arboretum. It took us nearly an hour to get ready to leave the house. I was happy that I got to check out the pumpkin display before it's gone.
When my mom, Norah and I are sitting at a bench waiting for the drizzle to stop, Jackson and Will went to explore. Five minutes later, Will took a soaking wet Jackson by and rushed to the bathroom. Jackson jumped into the fountain! Will was mad and Jackson was happily telling everybody: I jumped in a dirty fountain!
I traced his wet steps to the fountain that he jumped in. It's the edge-less fountain in the courtyard. Because of the recent rain, the water was black with some reddish hue. He was stinking even after we changed his clothes. The trip was cut short since we have to give him a bath.
During this whole commotion, Norah was peacefully sleeping. I hope that she won't be as crazy as her big brother when she is 2.
