Separation anxiety

I've had mixed feelings about how much Jack liked his daycare. Every time I dropped him off to school, he just crawled away and never bothered to look back. I tried to comfort myself that he is such an independent boy and he enjoys daycare so much. But I am still a little sad that he is not that attached to me.

This week he started to cry when I dropped him off. Today he wouldn't let me leave and hang on me like a koala bear. I came into work with a big smile on my face, coworker asked the reason and I replied - my son cried when I dropped him off!
